Terms

Price to be negotiated on a per-contract basis. Smaller contracts will be billed at an hourly rate with bi-weekly progress payments. Larger contracts will be negotiated, with progress payments by phase of completion. Payment is due within 30 days of receipt of invoice. Large expense items such as hotel and air-fare will be billed directly to the client.
